This time we are going to visit the longest waves of Africa, also known as Imsouane. This famous surf village is well known for its perfect waves for longboarders and is also great for beginners.
Surf and Sound Hotel in Imsouane is a new hotel, family like, cozy, only a few minutes walk from the two surf beaches, clean and friendly.
Before your retreat, you will receive a scientifically validated stress assessment from psychologist Hanan Haddouch. With over 11 years of experience as an organisational psychologist specializing in burnout, she’ll share the most hands on insights. During the retreat, you’ll participate in three 90-minute masterclasses featuring evidence-based tools for effective stress management.
With this retreat surfing is part of a feedback mechanism which is like a mirror to your stress, anxiety, ways of thinking and behaving. You will not only be surfing with us to improve your skills, but also to become more resilient. There is 1 surf lesson included and the other days you can free surf with the group or book extra surf lessons.
